Lake Providence

Lake Providence is a 55+ retirement community owned by Del Webb. It is located within the city of Mount Juliet.

The flag was unveiled on November 22, 2021, no other information on the flag is currently known. The flag takes the shape of a swallowtail, and uses nine horizontal bars of blue and white. Off centered to the hoist is a seal like emblem. Inside the emblem is a scene of a lake during sunset, with a bridge in the foreground. In the background is a silhouette, along with a goose couple flying away.
