Description of the flag

Avon Code of Ordinances §204.02: https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/avonoh/latest/avon_oh/0-0-0-31153

• (Res. 84-65. Passed 5-12-65.) The official flag of the City shall be the flag described by the Avon Chamber of Commerce to Council on April 28, 1965, consisting of the official seal of the City situated on a brown field.

Thanks to the Administrative Assistant to the Mayor of Avon for providing me this image. The flag/banner is a navy background with the city seal in the middle.
